2. The service
iCheckall offers free hardware tests that run in your browser: webcam, microphone, speakers, screen, keyboard and mouse. By using the site you accept these terms.
3. Safety precautions
- Sound volume: test sounds, especially high frequencies and the sweep, can be unpleasant or harmful at high volume. Always start with a low volume, particularly with headphones.
- Flashing light: the stuck-pixel fixer flashes the screen rapidly. It is not advised for people prone to photosensitive epilepsy.
- Any physical handling suggested (pressing a pixel, cleaning a keyboard) is at your own risk.
4. Nature of the results
Results depend on your browser, operating system and their settings: a browser cannot always see every key, every resolution or a screen's maximum refresh rate. Measurements (frames per second, Hz, polling rate) are estimates and do not certify the hardware.
5. No warranty and liability
The service is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, with no guarantee of accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, iCheckall is not liable for damages arising from use of the tests. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
6. Personal data and cookies
See the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
7. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and the courts of Wyoming have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence.
